Excellent place with cozy feel and great location. I wish there was a king size bed so we could sta again sometime as a family. Easy check in and out, all amenities were great! Thank you BrickHouse!

Excellent place. Four adults and two dogs in our party and the place was just right! Very nice covered back patio with privacy fence around the yard. We spent much of our time on that back patio. This property will be my first choice on future trips.

We had a great day. Cute little place with convenient features like a bike wash in the back. Very close to Centennial Park. Owner was very responsive questions. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! A great location, easy access to all Fayetteville has to offer. Comfortable and cozy. Our dog enjoyed the backyard, and our kids loved that every bedroom had a TV! I definitely recommend this place for your next trip to Fayetteville.

My husband and I are alumni at the U of A. We were visiting for a Friendsgiving and used to live in this area which made us even more excited to be back “home”. It is a great Airbnb! Location, cleanliness!

Cozy spot tucked away in a great corner for town. Can't beat the amenities, the warm hospitality from the owners, and being so close to town and the local MTB trails (if a mountain biker). The dog-o loved the yard and playing with Pivot too. Thanks again!

If I could rate this 10 stars I would! Jackson, Allie, and Pivot (the best doggy) have the most beautiful slice of heaven carved out in Bentonville. The space was private, peaceful, and wonderfully clean. We loved relaxing in the hot tub at night, and when a light bulb went out Jackson quickly responded and replaced it. I hope we can stay again sometime, this place is worth every penny and close to downtown!

Cute place near town! The hot tub was great. The king bed in the room we stayed in was really squeaky so that’d be the only thing I say could use improvement. Overall would recommend! Friendly hosts.

10/10 stay worth every penny! The space is clean and peaceful - you're literally 3-10 minutes from any attraction in Bentonville, but it feels a world away.
We loved the comfy beds, cooking breakfast before a day of adventuring, hot tubbing in the cold evenings and playing with our dog in the yard.

Second time staying here and we love it. It’s the perfect little spot for a getaway. It’s close to the downtown square and all the trails. The host is great and very responsive. Also it was nice for our pup to enjoy playing with pivot the host dog.
